There is a song on Rebecca St. James entitled ‘Speak to Me’ on her ‘God’ that has the most incredible lyrics that I’ve heard in a song to date. There are always great singles and albums that come out every Tuesday for release. But there are times when we would like to go back and make sure you don’t miss great music from the past. When I say past, this song came out in 1996 and though I think my mom purchased the album for me….the words of this particular song never stood out to me.

As some of you may or may not know, David Crowder Band performed their last live performance last week at Passion. They also released a new album last Friday titled “Give Us Rest or (A Requiem Mass In C [The Happiest of All Keys])”. To the David Crowder Band I want to personally say thank you for the past decade of God honoring music! May the good Lord bless all of you in your future endeavors!

Okay, so I know the following vid came out over a month ago, and we usually bring fresh and hot music on Tuesdays. But I’m tired of Christmas music (no, I’m not being a Scrooge). But I wasn’t about to put Bieber or Mariah up on the LID. So instead, as we all know, after Christmas comes New Year’s, and with New Year’s comes resolutions. Which according to research 90% of these goals flop. So why don’t you MAN UP this year and be the 10% that actually meet their resolutions? Enjoy!
