Thoughts of a Real Teen

“Don’t you dare tell me how to live when I know you aren’t living it out yourself! Are you kidding me?!? I am so tired of hypo-critical judgmental people. I know I’m not perfect, but at least I won’t try to tell you what you are doing is wrong. Perhaps you should try listening to me instead of assuming or pretending like you have the answer for everything going on in my life. You don’t know the first thing about me. Where I’ve come from, what I’ve been through, and what I’ve overcome. When will you be real. The difference between me and you is that I don’t hide the junk in my life, and definitely don’t dare to pretend like everything is cookies and cream when it’s not. Here’s some advice for all you teens who keep putting on a front, try being REAL, and stop judging kids who are struggling, because trust me I’m speaking from experience, it never helps. Never!”
